So I am looking for some recommendations for multi-VPN clients for Windows. I need to be able to connect to multiple vendors hardware and need to have one client to connect to them. As many of ya'll may already know you can not run the PIX client on the same machine with SecureRemote from Checkpoint, they kinda conflict. I have something for my Mac called VPN Tracker by Equinux. (This is a great product, I can connect to a Netgear, SonicWall, Netscreen, Checkpoint, or anything else, all at the same time.) I need this ability for Windows now as well and was wondering if anyone had anything. (I also could use such a client for Linux as well.)
Thanks,

Re: Good VPN Clients
Fri, August 17, 2007 - 7:35 AMTony, my office uses Cisco VPN Client to connect to the gateway and Windows networking to upload/download files directly to the shared root drive. However, if you're simply looking for a remote client, I'd HIGHLY recommend RealVNC. It's quick, simple and works flawlessly, even over a slow connection.

They have a free version that we've been using. However, they have both personal and enterprise licensing available. They also have a great product called AdderLink that's a terrific KVM over IP solution developed with Adder.
I hope that helps!
Love and light, dear ones.

Re: Good VPN Clients
Fri, August 17, 2007 - 9:42 AMI typically configure PPTP connections and use native PPTP support instead of software solutions. That way even if I am visiting family or friends and get a call that a client is down, even if I dont have my laptop with me I can still borrow someone elses computer and jump in fast...
